About
Hello there
I am Qintra, a dedicated therapist who specializes in trauma recovery!
My approach?
What are my priorities for you?
An environment of physical and emotional safety, preventing anything that could trigger survivors of trauma (this is the most important secret of therapy that I am educating other mental health professionals on!) trust, collaboration, ensuring that clients feel empowered throughout the sessions.
How do I do it?
Evidence-based therapies + holistic understanding of trauma for unique needs of every person. Whether it’s addressing past traumas, managing present-day challenges, or building skills for the future, I utilize a range of trauma-sensitive techniques to help clients heal and reclaim their power.
What can you gain?
Awareness of your mind and body, emotional regulation, sense of being worthy in different aspects of your life, better quality of life, where to bring resilience and where to bring tenderness through the difficult times, learning how to be optimistic and hopeful, being empowered to take charge of your life, healthier relationships and community, being connected to yourself and others, evidence of accomplishing so much in your healing journey!
